How to deal with screen blurring during the process of sharing LED transparent displays with display screen manufacturers?
When using LED transparent screens, they often exhibit the phenomenon of blurred screens. The appearance of flower screens is not solely due to one reason, there are many possible reasons for their formation. So how should we solve the problem of forming LED transparent screen patterns?
1. Control card related issues
① Check if the control card or acceptance card loading program is successful or incorrect.
② Check if the parameter settings of the control card or admission card are correct and if there is signal access.
③ If the control card itself malfunctions, it may also cause the LED transparent screen to appear as a blurred screen.
Solution: Check whether the control card is working properly from the beginning and start the loading program from the beginning. Investigate the signal connection status, and wait until everything is normal before conducting a test on the screen.
2. Voltage issues
① The power value of the LED acceptance card is too high or too low, which can cause the LED control card to not operate properly.
② If the power supply of the LED transparent screen is not normal, it will present a strong 220V input, which will also affect the normal operation of the illuminated screen.
Solution: Check whether the voltage of the environmental ammeter is stable. If it is stable, clear this item. If it is not stable, test the screen after the voltage is stable to see if there is still a blurred screen.
At present, the brightness of the glass curtain wall LED display screen needs to be above 1500cd/m2 to ensure the normal operation of the transparent screen during the day, otherwise the displayed image may not be clear due to the low brightness. So it is very necessary to determine the brightness of LED transparent screens. Adjusting the brightness through software is a necessary means and a common practice in the industry, which is a useful way. In addition, LED transparent screen managers need to have the ability to operate daily control software and playback software. After the completion of the LED transparent screen project, specialized training will be provided for the software, with the aim of helping customers get started with management operations as soon as possible.
The light emitting component is an LED light emitting tube, which has low brightness during the production process. However, the strategy taken by LED transparent screen manufacturers is to pack them after production is completed. The smaller the brightness difference between adjacent files, the better the performance. However, low production and high inventory are more serious. Therefore, each manufacturer controls the brightness difference between two adjacent gears to about 20%.
Dynamic components are generally constant current drive chips, such as MBl5026. These chips include 16 constant current drive outputs, which can be set with resistors to output current values. The error control of each output of the same chip is within 3%, and the error control of different chips is within 6%. It is normal for LED display screens to exhibit a 25% brightness error between each pixel. If the LED light emitting tubes used are not of the same level or type, the brightness error will increase to over 40%.
It is worth noting that the low brightness of transparent LED screens is the fundamental reason for the formation of patterned screens, and cannot be corrected using post calibration equipment. It can only be achieved through the production process of LED transparent screen manufacturers.
